Welcome! Yoga is suitable for every living being, at any age. We are here to support and enable every child, young person and adult connect with their mind and body through the breath, nature, mindfulness/mediation and posture workshops. Everyday yoga will help you feel calmer, stronger and re-energised, ready to take on life's challenges. Within a class setting there is a social element and you may meet likeminded people and create new friendships.

Just 15 minutes of yoga a day can alter your brain chemistry and boost your mood. In an holistic environment, yoga combines aspects of cardio, functional and strength training all in one. During a unique synergy of body and breath work the chakras (energy centres) within the body will be awakened. Much of the focus is on trying to slow down the breath and to breathe fully from the pit of your stomach to the top of your lungs. You will feel more in balance and emotionally stronger. When practicing yoga, your awareness will begin to shift to sensations, thoughts and emotions that accompany a given posture, leaving you feeling mentally relaxed.
